Booking terms
All conference, accommodation, airport shuttle and activity bookings are subject to availability. Accommodation, shuttle and activity/excursion arrangements require upfront payment before reservations can be confirmed. Last-minute cancellations or changes may incur supplier penalties.
Group bookings
Group packages can combine conference access, selected activities, 3-star accommodation and airport shuttles into a single proposal. Discounted group pricing is available for bookings from the same organisation. Optional accommodation, shuttle and activity reservations are subject to availability and confirmed once payment is received.
